Yesterday, I went to the gym. Burned 200 cals by running, then I did someother things(:
I talked to a woman who works there, asking for how many cals I should eat a day, what kind of exercise who is the best to lose weight, and what I do wrong. She told me so much I didnt know, and she sat up a date, next thuesday, then she will guide me and teach me how I can  exercise best! Isnt that great?=) She will also find out how much cals I should eat, she didnt know, so she will find out for me.. Maybe I make it..?

Hi!
Sorry I havent been update for a while. The last two days I have been working, so I havent have the chance to get online.. I have to tell about yesterday; It was soooooo embarrassing!!

I was feeling sick all day. My head hurt, my stomach hurt and I felt sick.
I went to the gym, with two of my friends. We run at the thing (dont remember what the word is in english) And I burned about 255 cals. Then we moved over to the step machine, and burned 250 cals more. I was woundering how mant cals I need to eat for a day, so I go and talk to a guy that works there. I talk to him for a while, and then my stomach starts to hurt. I tell him, and goes back to my friends agian...(it like 10 meters) Then my throat start hurting and I feel like I have to purge, so I run to the wardrobe. BUT I never got that far, so I purge over the fucking whole place!! I was so ashamed! I run in to the wardrobe, and my friends came after. One of them got help, and he i was talking to earlire had to wash it all up!! I had been drinking alot of water (like 10 dl, 1 liter), and had dinner 3 hours before who came up.. Oh.. I dont know if I ever wanna to get back to that place..

So.. The good thing about the.. thing.. is that I havent eat for 18 hours, and I am not hungry. I did get on the wieght, and it was 4 pounds less=) ( well, I have gained those pounds for the last month), but.. now I am on 160.6 again=D

Today Intake:

Breakfast- Water
Lunch- 2 bread and 1 gl. of organge juice. 1 light yoghurt.
Dinner- Potatoes and brownies! ( I know, but my sister made it, and I could not resist..)
Evening- TBA

Today went awful! Here is my day:

I woke up, and got dressed. I maked myself a delicous breakfast; one hotdog and 2 eggs. Thats okay. Then I had gym, I worked so hard;) After gym, we had lunch. 2 bread and 1 apple. I also had 1/2 orange. When I got home, I got to sleep, then my mom wake me up, dinner time. I ate some fish, salad and alot of pasta! The pasta was bad, but it is okat i guess... BUT then I started to study for this test tomorrow. It boring, I wait my periode. I want chocolate! I think "I go to the gym". But I only get to the store, buy some chocolate and go home. So here I am. I feel so bad, cuz of the chocolate! I know I shouldnt have eaten that kind of shit, but I love it, and Hate it!! Oooh! I dont lose weight, if I continue this. Have any of you any suggestion how I DONT eat chocolate, if I really want??=) I cant keep doing this, cuz I want to be thin for the summer... Like her:

She has a great body and shes tanned.. Jealous!!
